Atm Scammed me out of $40

I haven't messed with this site since I graduated so ignore the graphics and expired domain name. Anyway on to my story, I was down in New Orleans to see a band Sound Tribe Sector 9 on 4/28/2012. As you would expect things are pretty expensive in the city and found myself going back to the atm quite frequently. Well, during the show I went to the ATM twice the second time I left quite pissed off. I had requested $200.00 and the machine only despenced $160 and the recipt read $204.50 the $200 plus the transaction fee. I really didn't know what to do at the time or was so pissed off I was like screw it; I'll talk to my bank when I get back home and let them deal with this shiesty atm company. My bank handled the situation very professionally contacted the company and my $40 was put back in my account within a few days. I even told the lady it wasn't about the money but I just felt like I was completely scammed over, and there's no telling how many other people have been scammed the same way I was. Once the money was returned I forgot about it and thought this was the end of it.

As of yesterday 6/4/2012 I got a letter from my bank saying something to the nature, that an extensive review of the audit tape confirmed the funds requested where despensed and the $40.00 was charged back to my account. Included was a copy of the reciept that was despensed with the funds. As you can imagine I was/am pissed that ***** (trying to watch my language on the schools server) reciept doesn't prove shit. Being a programmer I know exactly how easy it would be to skim money off the top of an atm machine falsify the reciepts amount dispensed. I think this company's bullshit needs to be brought to light and something should be done about it. I'm releasing all the information I have on the atm company which isn't much. Is there anything else I can do? Redditors help me out. Like I said it's not even about the money its the principle how many other people have been ripped off like I was?

Not sure if this information is important because I think those ATM's are shuffled around different locations. But, this happened at Mardi Gras World at the show.

Also note I don't think it was their fault I believe they rent the ATM machines from another company not really sure how all that works behind the scenese.
